Account & subscriptions
First confirm your login credentials, plan status and subscription source. If the configuration cannot update, focus on duplicate old subscriptions, client cache and the wrong entry point.
Do I need an email address to register for VPNVQ?
No email address is required. Register with a username and password. Store both in a trusted password manager; you will need these credentials to sign in to the user panel, retrieve your subscription and submit tickets. If you cannot sign in, check capitalization, keyboard input mode and your browser’s autofill data first, so an old password is not entered for the current account.
Do I need to buy another plan when I switch devices?
No. You do not need to buy another plan when changing devices. VPNVQ supports unlimited devices online at the same time, and the same account’s active subscription works on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. Sign in to the user panel on the new device, retrieve the subscription and import it into the client. If you no longer use the old device, remove its configuration from the old client to keep your devices organized.
Where can I get my subscription after purchase?
After the plan takes effect, sign in to the user panel and open the client or subscription section to get the client and subscription for your platform. Do not copy unknown links from chat messages, screenshots or unfamiliar websites. After importing, refresh the route list, choose a route suited to your current use and check that the exit IP and DNS changed with the route.
How do I update the subscription link, and why hasn’t the route list changed?
First run Update Subscription or refresh the configuration in the client instead of simply disconnecting and reconnecting. If the route list still does not change, close and reopen the client, then copy the current subscription from the user panel and replace the old configuration. Also check whether the client has kept an older subscription with the same name; duplicate configurations can make the interface look updated while it continues reading the old route group.
Connections & troubleshooting
The connection indicator is only the starting point for troubleshooting. Also check the system proxy, app routing, network permissions and whether a new session was established after switching networks.
The client says it is connected. Why are websites still using my previous network?
A connected status only means that the client has established a session with the route; it does not mean all traffic is being forwarded as expected. Check whether the client has enabled the system proxy or the relevant takeover mode, then open a new browser window to check the exit IP and DNS. If the browser has a separate proxy extension, check its rules too, because extension settings may take priority over the system proxy.
Why doesn’t a particular app use the proxy?
Common causes include the app not reading the system proxy, being excluded by per-app rules, or retaining a network session established before the connection. Check per-app proxy and routing rules in the client and confirm that the target app is included. Then fully quit the app, connect to a route and reopen it. If it still does not work, switch the client’s takeover mode and check the exit again.
What should I check if I cannot connect after importing a subscription on a new device?
First confirm that the imported subscription came from the current account’s user panel and let the client finish refreshing its configuration. Then check that the system time is accurate, network permissions have been granted and no other proxy tools are running locally. Multiple tools modifying the system proxy or routes at the same time can overwrite one another. Keeping one client running, selecting a route again and starting a new connection usually makes troubleshooting easier.
What should I do if the connection stops working after switching Wi-Fi or mobile networks?
Switching networks changes the local gateway and existing sessions, while the client may still show the previous connection status. Disconnect from the current route, wait until the system confirms that the new network can access the internet normally, then reconnect. If the status does not recover, refresh the subscription, try another route and restart the client. On public networks with a web login, complete the network’s own authentication first, then start the cross-border route.
Speed & routes
Route selection should account for the local network, exit region and target service together. Do not apply one fixed route-selection rule to every use case.
What should I do if performance slows down during peak hours?
First determine whether the issue comes from your local network or the current international route. Pause bandwidth-heavy syncing, downloads and cloud backups, and use the same website to see whether a direct connection is also slow. If local access is normal, try another route type in the same region or choose a geographically closer exit. After switching, start playback or the download again so the old session does not continue using the previous path.
How should I choose routes for everyday browsing, AI tools and streaming?
For everyday browsing, prioritize a nearby route with a stable current connection. For AI tools, match the service’s supported region and keep the exit consistent during a session where possible. For streaming, choose a route that matches the target library’s region. Different use cases call for different choices, so do not rely on a route name alone for long-term selection. After changing use cases, verify the exit region again; this is more reliable than repeatedly guessing.
Why can I open a streaming homepage but not play anything?
Opening the homepage only shows that the basic request succeeded. Playback may also call services for region detection, media delivery and account authorization. Confirm that the account has permission to access the content, then choose a route matching the target library. After switching routes, fully quit the streaming app or close the relevant webpage, reopen it and clear the old session so cached region data does not affect the result.
How broad is VPNVQ’s route coverage, and where can I see the full list?
VPNVQ covers 120+ countries / 210+ routes. Use the routes page and the list actually shown in the client after signing in as the source of truth. When choosing a route, consider your location, the target service region and your use case rather than simply seeking the farthest exit. A nearby route is usually better for everyday responsiveness, while region-specific content should take priority on regional matching.
Billing & refunds
Verify prices, data resets, upgrades and refunds against the order and user-panel status. When payment problems occur, keeping the order record is more effective than submitting the payment again.
What monthly subscription prices and data allowances are available?
Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB and ¥28/month with 500GB. Choose based on your usual video quality, file transfers and device habits rather than a single session’s usage. Monthly data resets are calculated from the activation date; check the user panel for the exact remaining data and active status.
What data packages are available, and do they expire?
Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. They remain available until used and never expire. They suit people with irregular usage who prefer to consume a fixed total allowance. Data packages use different billing logic from monthly subscriptions, so confirm your usage pattern first and check the current plan status and remaining data in the user panel.
When does monthly subscription data reset, and how are mid-cycle upgrades handled?
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date rather than being cleared at the start of the calendar month. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Before proceeding, check the current plan, activation date, remaining data and upgrade result in the user panel. If the result differs from what you expected after submission, keep the order details and explain the issue in a ticket.
Which payment methods does VPNVQ support?
Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. Start payment from the plan and order flow in the user panel, and use the status shown on the checkout page as the reference. If the status does not update after payment, do not repeatedly submit the same order. Refresh the order page and check the payment record first; if the issue remains, submit the relevant order details through a user-panel ticket.
How do I request a refund?
VPNVQ offers 14-day refunds without requiring a reason. To apply, sign in to the user panel, open the ticket page, select the relevant order and submit the refund request with identifying order details. Keep the ticket record after submitting, and avoid creating multiple requests for the same order so the information stays together. The refund policy page governs the eligible scope and processing rules.
Order or connection issue still unresolved
Sign in and submit a ticket with the platform, selected route, on-screen message and relevant order details from when the issue occurred. Do not paste subscription URLs on public pages.
